I started a Covid19preneurs video series during Covid to try to bring awareness about the situation of SMEs. I interviewed and edited videos for free for a over a dozen small businesses and organizations. There was a lot of misinformation that SMEs were getting free rent, or financial assistance, but in fact there was no assistance. We had to all keep pivoting and pivoting and trying to find a safe way to continue.

The Oman Animal Plant Genetic Resource Center (later changed it’s name to Mawarid) - hosted a Genobusiness Forum in 2018 to promote that diversity of animal and plant products available in Oman.

Four different sea turtle species nest on the 95 km of coastline that Masirah Island, on the east side of Oman. Their numbers have been decreasing steadily and intervention is required. Environment Society of Oman has been making efforts to reduce the threats to the sea turtles to increase their chances of survival.

A collaboration between myself and The Research Council to document a disappearing language in a remote northern tip of Oman, in a place only accessible by boat.
